BANANA, HONEY AND VANILLA ICE CREAM
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
300g frozen banana, chopped (10-15mm pieces)
200ml honey
2.5ml vanilla extract
Method:
1. Add frozen banana, honey and vanilla extract to the mini-chopper and process on high
speed until smooth.
2. Transfer the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 2 hours.
3. Serve in small bowls and top with sprinkles.
