THE OPERATOR SHOULD FIRMLY GRAB THE WINCH IN ONE HAND AND THE ROPE IN THE OTHER.
IF YOU LOSE YOUR GRIP ON THE WINCH, RELASE THE ROP.
DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE EXCEPT THE WINCH OPERATOR TO HOLD THE ROPE.
