What to do if there is no hot water coming out of my RVMP flexTEMP FG-SBMC-11?
    • C
      Carl AllenAug 17, 2025
If the hot water faucet is turned ON, but no hot water is coming out of your RVMP Water Heater, make sure the gas valve and water inlet valve are open. Also, check if the water supply has been interrupted and restore it. Ensure the hot water faucet is completely open. If the appliance is frozen, allow it to thaw.

Why does the water temperature not increase on my RVMP Water Heater?
    • A
      Antonio CampbellAug 19, 2025
If the water temperature of your RVMP Water Heater isn't increasing when you adjust the temperature setting, ensure the gas valve and water inlet valve are fully open. If the inlet water is too cold, try reducing the temperature setting. Additionally, reduce water flow by turning off a faucet or partially closing a valve.

How to fix E8 error on RVMP Water Heater?
    • A
      andreamayAug 22, 2025
If you experience the E8 error on your RVMP Water Heater, it might indicate an air pressure switch failure. First, check the fan's electrical connections and ensure it's functioning correctly. Then, remove any debris blocking airflow. Inspect and repair or replace any faulty electrical connections to the air pressure switch. If needed, replace the air pressure switch.

How to troubleshoot E7 error on RVMP flexTEMP FG-SBMC-11 Water Heater?
    • C
      Crystal BrownAug 26, 2025
If you see the E7 error on your RVMP Water Heater, it could mean a failure with the gas inlet valve. Inspect and repair or replace any damaged electrical connections to the gas valve. If the connections are fine, the gas valve itself might be bad and require replacement.

    Christine BarberSep 4, 2025
Why is my RVMP Water Heater not heating when the faucet is slightly open?
    • A
      Antonio MillerSep 5, 2025
If the hot water faucet is slightly open and the water coming out of your RVMP Water Heater isn't hot, it's because the appliance turns off when the minimum flow rate is reached (2.8 L/min or 0.74 Gallons/min). Open the hot water faucet further to increase the flow rate beyond the minimum, so the appliance turns on.
  • C
    Cheryl GarciaSep 7, 2025
Why is the hot water from my RVMP flexTEMP FG-SBMC-11 white and cloudy?
    • A
      Adam AtkinsonSep 8, 2025
If the hot water dispensed from your RVMP Water Heater is white and cloudy, this is normal. It's caused by tiny bubbles that develop from air in the water as it's rapidly heated.
  • P
    pvanceSep 10, 2025
Why is there white smoke from my RVMP Water Heater exhaust in cold weather?
    • B
      bgregorySep 12, 2025
