POWER COOLER BEST PRACTICES
Use the AC adaptor to power the cooler
before transporting (see page 7).
Use 18V battery/batteries to power the
cooler when an AC/DC power supply is not
available (see page 7).
Use the DC adaptor to power the cooler
when securely transporting the cooler in a
vehicle (see page 7).

Pre-chill cooler and food and/or
beverages before loading. Allow
warm contents to chill for five hours
(see page 7).

Do not keep the cooler storage compart-
ment lid open longer than necessary.

RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE FOR COMMON FOODS

Set cooler to the recommended temperture for products being stored (see page 8).
Use the chart below to determine the recommended temperature for common foods and beverages.
Press (+) to increase the temperature setting. Press (-) to decrease the temperature setting.

While the cooler is running, press and hold the settings button for three seconds until the screen flashes.
Press the settings button again to select protection mode H (high), M (medium) or L (low).
NOTE: Set battery protection mode to H when the cooler is connected to the 12V auto accessory port. M and
L should be set when the cooler is connected to a portable battery or other battery back-up devices (see
page 8).
Press the settings button to select ECO mode to conserve battery life (see page 8).
