Why is the discharge pressure excessively high in my SABROE SAB 283 Air Compressor?

If your SABROE Air Compressor's discharge pressure is excessively high, it could be due to several reasons. The safety cut-out might be set too low, so you should check the settings of alarms and warnings in the control system, as well as the separate safety pressure cut-out. High discharge line loss could be the cause; inspect the valves and check valve. The condenser might be malfunctioning; check the condenser itself, the liquid drain, the refrigerant charge (if it's too much), the water and air inlet temperature (if it's too high), and the water and air flow (if it's too low). Finally, air or non-condensable gasses in the system can cause this issue, so purge the air from the condenser side.
