1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The barbecook
®
digital thermometer helps you to eliminate over-cooking or under-
cooking foods . Use the decrease(-) or increase (+) key to set the “set temp” as
user want , when “current temp” is reach or above this setting ,the unit will alarm
5 min or alarm until user press the “start/stop”.
It also used as a count-up and count-down timer which is up to 99hour: 59min
or 99min or 59sec, the thermometer and the timer/clock is unattached and can
work simultaneous .
It has the outlook like page 3:
2. KEYBOARD
This unit has the keyboard showed: they are divided to “ key for thermometer”
and “ key for timer”
Two switch:
2.1. C/F SWITCH: toggle the unit for thermometer between Celcius OR Fahr-
enheit .
2.2. HM/MS SWITCH: when bond as “no clock “, toggle the timer between
Hours/Minutes or
Minutes/Seconds timer .
Six buttons:
2.3. ON/OFF: turn on or turn off the thermometer. The timer is always on .
2.4. START/STOP: stop or start the timer , stop the alarm when there is alarm
event .
2.5. HOUR/MIN: set hour in H/M timer and set M/S timer
2.6. MIN/SEC: set min in H/M timer and set SEC in M/S timer .
2.7. DEC(- ): decrease the “set temp” for alarm
2.8. INC (+): increase the “ set temp “ for alarm
3.OPERATION
3.1. THERMOMETER
Valid key for thermometer function:
On/Off: turn on or turn off thermometer, Timer is always on,
Dec(-): decrease the ‘Set Temp’ for alarm , press the “DEC “ button 1 sec . the “set
temp” will be decreased by 1 °C/°F.
Inc(+): increase the ‘Set Temp’ for alarm, press the “INC “ button 1 sec . the “set
temp” will be increased by 1 °C/°F.
C/F(key or switch) :toggle the unit for thermometer between Celcius or Fahrenhei
Use the Inc (+) or Dec (-) key to set the “Set Temp” as the user want, when “Cur-
rent Temp” is reach or above this setting, this unit will alarm 5 minute or alarm until
user press the “Start/Stop” key(by bond option).
