Place two I Half-

Sleeves around each

H Post, with the

LARGE ends of the

sleeves toward the

BOTTOM of the post

and the ridges inside

the sleeves fitting

into the grooves in

the post. Press the

two halves together

until they “click”. Then

slide the Basket Frame

down over the

half-sleeves.

Screw the threaded end of each H Post into the

ends of the A Cart Handles.

Position the assembled handles as shown below.

Slide the B Basket Frame onto the posts. Point the

LARGE ends of the frame corner tubes toward the

bottom of the Posts.

Slide the C Bottom Shelf onto the posts with the

LARGE ends of the frame corner tubes toward the

Post bottoms. Connect the remaining I Half-

Sleeves around the two remaining grooves near the

end of each post. Then slide the Basket Frame

down over the half-sleeves.

Mail Cart Assembly Instructions

Sort and Count Your Parts

Verify all parts are present before beginning assembly.

Step 1: Attach Handles to Posts

Screw the threaded end of the posts into the ends of the cart handles.

Step 2: Attach Basket Frame

Slide the basket frame onto the posts, aligning large ends towards the bottom.

Step 3: Attach Bottom Shelf

Position the assembled handles and slide the bottom shelf onto the posts.

Step 4: Install Half-Sleeves

Place half-sleeves around posts, fitting ridges into grooves before sliding frame down.

Step 5: Install Bottom Shelf and Remaining Sleeves

Slide bottom shelf onto posts, then install remaining half-sleeves and frame.

Step 6: Install Casters

Insert swivel casters into bottom ends of posts, with locking casters at one end.

Step 7: Install Rails

Firmly grasp rail ends, position with S-curve legs inward, and slide into basket.

Step 8: Attach Rail Legs to Basket

Place the S-curved end of the rail leg onto the lower horizontal wire rod of the basket.

Step 9: Secure Rails

Tilt rail to vertical position, hooking back legs onto horizontal wire rods. Repeat for second rail.

Step 10: Attach Basket and Rail Assembly

Lift basket/rail assembly and lower onto basket frame, guiding hooks over sides.

Step 11: Final Check and Readiness

Check that wheel brakes are unlocked; the mail cart is ready for use.
