PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH FROM
SLIDING OUT, FALLS OR TIPPING OVER.
NEVER allow child to push off from table.
ALWAYS secure child in the restraint system until
child is able to get in and out of the booster seat
without help (about 2

years old).
NEVER leave child unattended while using booster
seat.
USE only for child that can sit up unassisted, and
who weighs less than or equal to maximum labeled
weight of 50 lbs. (22.7 kg.).
This product is to be used with adult-sized chairs only.
ALWAYS secure both seat AND back chair strap(s)
to secure booster seat to adult chair.
NEVER use this product as a car seat or bath seat,
on a tabletop, stool, pedestal chair, rocking chair,
bar stool, swivel chair, or any non-adult four legged
chair where the straps cannot secure it properly.
Discontinue use if damaged, broken or if parts are
missing.
Use the booster seat only on a level surface of adult
chair.
DO NOT use on a table top.
This product is to be used only as a booster seat. Do
not use as a car seat, step stool, bath seat or for any
other purpose.
NEVER allow child to push against table.
NEVER lift product with your child in it.
Until child is able to get in and out of the booster
seat without help (about 2

/
2
years old), the child
should be secured in the booster seat at all times by
the restraining system. The tray is not designed to
hold the child in the chair.

cuatro patas que no sea para adultos donde las correas
no puedan asegurarse correctamente.
Interrumpa el uso si el producto está dañado o roto, o
si le faltan piezas.
Utilice el asiento elevador únicamente en superficies
niveladas de la silla para adultos.

Before Assembly: Wipe down trays with a soft cloth and warm soapy
water.
