Failure to follow these warnings and the

ALWAYS keep children in view while
using the product.
This product is not safe for sleep or
unsupervised use. If baby falls asleep,
remove baby as soon as possible and
place baby on a firm, flat sleep surface
such as a crib or bassinet.
ALWAYS help children get into and out of
the wagon stroller.
ALWAYS lock brakes when adding and
removing children from wagon stroller, or
when parked.
