What to do if my Sage Nutri Pro won't turn on?

  If your Sage Juicer doesn't turn on, there might be a few reasons. First, ensure that the safety locking arm is correctly engaged in the vertical operating position, with the locking arm located into the two grooves on either side of the juice cover. Also, check the Overload Protection Button on the bottom of the Motor Base to see if it has been activated. Finally, the overheating protection device may have been activated automatically; allow more time for the motor to cool down.

Why does the motor stall when I am using my Sage Nutri Pro Juicer?

  The motor of your Sage Juicer might stall for several reasons. Wet pulp can build up under the cover if the juicing action is too vigorous. Try a slower juicing action by pushing the food pusher down more slowly and clean the filter bowl surround, the juice disc, and the juicer cover; also, select speed 5 instead of the speed 1 setting. Also, the juicer will automatically stop if the motor is stalled as an electronic safety feature. If this occurs, ensure that you are not processing too much food at once or that the pieces are not small enough. Try trimming the food, cutting it into smaller, even pieces, and/or processing a smaller amount per batch. If this occurs, the light surrounding the START/STOP button will flash red.
