      If your Saje Respiratory Product isn't producing mist, there are several possible reasons. First, make sure the power adapter is properly connected and the power button is pressed. Another reason could be insufficient water in the tank; ensure the water level is above the sensor by refilling it with tap water. Conversely, an overfilled water tank (above the maximum water level line) can also cause this issue; dump any excess water. A blocked ceramic disc due to residue may also be the cause; clean the disc gently with a cotton swab. Finally, if the unit has been running for approximately 3,000 hours, the ceramic disc may be aging and require replacement. Please contact your local dealer for replacement of ceramic disc.
