What to do if my Salton DF1233 oil overflows?

If the oil in your Salton Fryer overflows, it could be due to several reasons. First, check if the oil level is above the MAX level marked inside the frying bowl and reduce the oil level if necessary. Second, avoid adding too much food to the basket; do not fill it over 2/3 full, or only ½ full if using frozen food. Lastly, ensure the food is dry before frying, as wet food can cause the oil to overflow.
