Chili
1 lb. (454 gr.) ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups (750 ml) soaked pinto beans, drained
1 can (32 oz. 796 ml) crushed tomatoes
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. (5 ml) powdered cumin
1 tsp. (5 ml) chili powder
To add more heat to this recipe add red pepper flakes.
Brown ground beef, onions and garlic on Brown Setting.
Drain fat.
Add beans, tomatoes, green pepper, cumin and chili powder. Cook
for 4 – 6 minutes using the High Pressure Cooker Setting.
Use Slow Pressure Release.
