Chili
1 lb. (454 gr.) ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups (750 ml) soaked pinto beans, drained
1 can (32 oz. 796 ml) crushed tomatoes
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. (5 ml) powdered cumin
1 tsp. (5 ml) chili powder
To add more heat to this recipe add red pepper flakes.
• Brown ground beef, onions and garlic on Brown Setting.
• Drain fat.
• Add beans, tomatoes, green pepper, cumin and chili powder. Cook
for 4 – 6 minutes using the High Pressure Cooker Setting.
• Use Slow Pressure Release.
