Der Artikulator wird umgedreht und die Rändelschraube an der
Bissgabelstütze gelöst. Die Scheiben der Bissgabelstütze sinken
ab, bis sie drucklos in Kontakt mit der Bissgabel kommen. Ist zu
wenig Platz, können die Ringe seitlich abgeschoben werden,
so dass nur die schmale Stange mit der Bissgabel in Berührung
kommt. Durch Zudrehen der Rändelschraube wird die Biss gabel-
stütze fixiert und Artikulator kann wieder umgedreht werden.
The articulator is turned over and the thumb screw on the
transfer fork support loosened. The discs of the transfer fork
slides down until they come into contact with the transfer fork
without pressure (if there‘s not enough space, the rings can be
moved laterally such that only small rod comes into contact with
the transfer fork). By screwing the thumb screw the transfer fork
support is fixed. The articulator can be reversed again.
Das Oberkiefermodell wird in die Impressionen der Bissgabel
gesetzt. Ein Probeschließen zeigt, ob genügend Raum für den
Montagegips vorhanden ist. Eine korrekte Montage erfordert
etwa den Freiraum des kleinen Fingers (15 bis 20 mm). Pro
Fingerdicke sind ca. 15 ml Wasser für den Gips zu verwenden.
The upper cast is seated into the impression record on the
transfer fork. A preliminary check is made to assure enough
space for mounting gypsum. Proper installation requires
approximately the free space of the little finger (15 to 20 mm).
About 15 ml of water to be used for the gypsum per finger
thickness.
Es gibt speziellen Spezielle Dentalgipse mit geringer Expansion,
die verwendet werden sollten. Die Konsistenz von leicht
geschlagener Sahne wird vorgeschlagen!! Zuerst wir eine kleine
Menge des weichen Gips auf die Montageplatte-Oberfläche
aufgetragen. Das Zahnmodell wird leicht befeuchtet und so
ausreichend Gips auf dem Gipsockel aufgetragen, um den
Kontakt mit der Montageplatte zu gewährleisten. Das Oberteil
des Artikulators wird geschlossen um die Verbindung zum Gips
herzustellen. Beim Schließen sollte kein Druck ausgeübt werden

and should be used. Consistency of lightly whipped cream
is suggested. !! Place a small amount of soft gypsum on the
mounting plate surface. Lightly moisten dental cast and place
sufficient gypsum on the stone cast to assure contact with
mounting plate. Close upper member of articulator to complete
gypsum connection. There should be no pressure on closing.
