Nach der Probeschließung wird auf die Montageplatte eine
minimale Menge und auf das untere leicht angefeuchtete
Modell so ausreichend weicher Gips aufgetragen, dass
der Kontakt mit dem Gips der gegenüberliegenden
Montageplatte gewährleistet ist. Der Artikulator wird
geschlossen, bis die Inzisalstift den Inzisaltisch berührt.
After closing check is done, the mounting plate is filled
with a minimum amount of soft gypsum, the lower cast is
lightly moistened and covered with sufficient soft gypsum to
assure contact with the opposing mounting plate gypsum.
The articulator is closed until the incisal pin contacts the
incisal table.

Tipp: Sollte der Abstand zwischen der Montageplatte und
der UK-Modellbasis zu große Unterschiede aufweisen,
empfehlen wir die Montage in zwei Schritten.
Tip: If the distance between the mounting plate and the
lower cast is too large, we recommend installation in two
steps.
Es ist dringend zu empfehlen, die Modelle mit dem
dazwischen liegenden Zentrikregistrat mittig mit dem
Elastikstab in Position halten. Durch Schließrotation wird
getestet, ob der Modellhalter (1) nicht stört und wieviel Gips
benötigt wird.
It is strongly recommended to fix centred the models with
the intermediate registration with the red flexible plastic
rod. Closing rotation is tested whether the model holder
(1) does not interfere, and how much gypsum is needed.
