Connecting an External Display Device

Right-click on the Desktop and select Graphics Properties >
Desktops and Displays > My Digital Flat-Panels > Scaling
Options (Digital Flat-Panel).

Adjust the size to the edges of the TV screen using the resize
bar and click Apply.
