1) Disconnect the Thermistor Wire as
shown in picture.

) Loosen the 2 screws shown in picture.
3) Loosen the 2 screw shown in picture and
and remove Plastic Part. (white)

) Loosen the 2 screw shown in picture and
remove Steel Bracket.

) Disassemble the 4 screws Steel Plate in
rear side of the unit.
