 N-phase wiring error and EMI Fuse short.
 DC-Link Overvoltage / Low voltage occurs.
Cause of problem
 Check the input wiring
 EMI Fuse short

Power R, S, T, N wire voltage check and restart it.
Replace Inverter PCB and then restart it.
