What to do if my Samsung Microwave Oven timer starts countdown but there is no microwave oscillation?

If the timer counts down, but there's no heat while the oven lamp and fan motor are running, here's what to check: * Adjust the door and latch switches, as they may be misaligned. * Inspect the high voltage components (H.V.Transformer, H.V. Capacitor, H.V.Diode, H.V.Fuse, Magnetron) following the component test procedure and replace any defective parts. Also, replace the PCB main. Possible causes include: * Off-alignment of latch switches. * Loose connection of the high voltage circuit, especially the magnetron filament circuit. Large contact resistance can lower magnetron filament voltage. * Defective high voltage components. * Loose wiring of the power relay. * Defective primary latch switch. * Defective power relay or Ass'y PCB.

If your Samsung Microwave Oven shows no display and doesn't operate, and the fuse is blown, check the adjustment of the primary, interlock monitor, power relay, and door sensing switch. Possible causes include a shorted lead wire harness, a defective primary latch switch, a defective monitor switch, a shorted H.V.Capacitor, or a shorted H.V.Transformer.
