Capacitor, H.V.Diode, H.V.Fuse, or Magnetron. It could also be caused by open or loose wiring of the power relay, a defective primary latch switch, or a defective power relay or Ass’y PCB. To resolve this, adjust the door and latch switches and inspect the high voltage components. If any component is defective, replace it. You may also need to replace the PCB main.
