plus 500
ml cold
water
1-2 Pour ½ l water into the steam plate
of Steamer.
Insert steam tray into steam plate.
Pierce 3-8 fresh eggs, each about
60 g (medium size) and set into the
small cavities of the tray. Cover with
stainless steel lid and set Steamer
on turntable.
After steaming keep standing for 2-5
minutes.
Potato
cubes
100-500 g
plus 500
ml cold
water
1-2 Rinse and peel potatoes. Cut
potatoes into even sized cubes.
Pour ½ l water into the steam plate
of Steamer.
Insert steam tray into steam plate,
distribute potato cubes on tray and
cover with stainless steel lid. Put
Steamer on turntable.
