04 OVEN USE
Square tray guide
Use square tray accessory only with convection or grill mode.
Insert the square tray into the support guide.
Preheat the oven with the fast preheat function to the desired temperature, unless
it is not recommended – see table.
When using grill only function, preheat the grill for 3-4 minutes.
Use the cooking times and instructions in this table as guide lines for convection
baking. Always use oven gloves, while taking out.

Toast bread 100 g Grill Grill 8-10 Put Toast bread on square
tray.
Turn over, after 4-5 minutes.
Cheese toast 250 g Grill Grill 4-6 Toast bread and put tomato
slices and cheese on top. Put
cheese toasts side by side on
square tray.
Grilled
vegetables
500 g Grill Grill 15-20 Put marinated vegetables,
such as small tomatoes,
courgette slices, pepper
slices and mushrooms on the
square tray.
Frozen pizza 350 g 200 °C 200 °C 15-20 Put frozen pizza in the center
on square tray.
Homemade
pizza
800 g 210 °C 210 °C 20-25 Put fresh pizza dough (400
g) flat on square tray using
kitchen paper. Pierce dough
with a fork.
Distribute topping e.g. tomato
sauce, vegetables and grated
cheese evenly on top.
Frozen oven
chips
500 g 220 °C 220 °C 23-26 Distribute oven chips evenly
on square tray.
Loaf cake 700 g - 160 °C 55-65 Put fresh dough into a
rectangular black metal dish
(length 25 cm). Set dish
widthways on square tray.
Sponge cake 700 g - 160 °C 40-50 Put the fresh dough in a round
black metal dish.
Put cake in the center of
square tray.
Cookies 200 g 180 °C 180 °C 8-12 Distribute cookies evenly on
square tray.
Muns 600 g 175°C 175°C 20-25 Put the fresh dough into
black metal baking dish for
12 muns. Insert mun dish
on square tray or directly on
support guide into oven.
