If you're unable to connect to certain sites or send/receive emails through your Samsung Network Router, try lowering the MTU (Maximum Transmission Unit) in increments of ten (e.g., 1492, 1482, 1472). Once you find the optimal MTU, configure your router with that size. To change the MTU rate, access your router's web configuration page (typically at 192.168.0.1), log in with your username (admin) and password (usually blank by default), go to Setup, then Manual Configure, enter the new MTU value in the MTU field, and save your settings.

If you've forgotten your password for your Samsung Network Router, you can reset it by locating the reset button (hole) on the rear panel of the unit. With the router powered on, use a paperclip to hold the button down for 10 seconds. Release the button, and the router will reboot. Wait about 30 seconds before attempting to access the router again.

Next, check the physical connection by looking for solid link lights on the device; if the light isn't on, try a different cable or port.
