Set up a server account

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the account

Activate automatic sync

Accounts and sync.

Auto-sync.
Select an account.

Select the applications that you want to synchronise.

To exclude applications from automatic synchronisation, clear
the tick boxes next to the application names.
Synchronise data manually

In Idle mode, open the application list and select

Accounts and sync.
Select an account.

Sync now. Your device will start synchronising the
data you set for synchronisation.
