Taking out the S Pen
Push the S Pen to take it out.
• The head of the S Pen is a push button switch, so to remove
the S Pen, push it inward until it pops out of the device, and
then slide the S Pen out the rest of the way.
• When removing the S Pen, make sure to pull it straight out.
• When you insert the S Pen into the slot, slide it all the way
in and push the S Pen head once. Then check that it is not
sticking out at all.
Replacing tip of S Pen
■ Replacing tip of S Pen
Tip of S Pen is replaceable. When it is scraped, replace pen
tip with new one using the supplied pen tip replacement kit.

Firmly grab the pen tip with tweezers and pluck

Insert new pen tip until it clicks

◎ Do not let your nger caught between tweezers and pen tip.
◎ Do not use old pen tip. Doing so may cause malfunction.
◎ Do not put excessive force when inserting pen tip.
◎ Do not put the round side of pen tip into S Pen. Doing so may
damages S Pen and the main unit.
◎ The pen tip of the pen tip replacement kit, there is a material of
two di󱐯erent types of touch input.
