• The touch panel is designed to be lightly
touched by ngers. Do not apply strong
pressure with your ngers, or sharp-
pointed objects (such as ngernails,
ballpoint pens and pins) on the touch
panel.
In the following cases, the product may
not respond to touching the touch panel,
or errors in operation may occur.
- Operation with gloved hands
- Operation with ngernails
- Operation with a foreign object placed on
the display
- Operation with a protective sheet or sticker
on the display
- Operation with water drops or dew
condensation attached on the display
- Operation with wet or sweaty ngers
- Operation underwater
• Do not put stickers or sheets (e.g.
commercially available protective lms,
peep prevention sheets) on the display.
Doing so might hinder correct operation of
the touch panel. Also, since the ngerprint
recognition sensor of the product is
built-in the display, it may not register or
recognize your ngerprint.
• When using a protective lm, make sure
that it is a product compatible with the
ngerprint recognition sensor.
• If you attach a commercially available
protective lm on the display, ngerprint
recognition may fail.
• When carrying the product in your pocket
or bag, take care not to put the touch
panel close to metals or other conductive
materials, as it might cause false operation
of the touch panel.
