Repair and Delivery Support
To ensure long-term reliable use of au/UQ mobile
devices, we oer a monthly membership after-sales
service program called "Repair and Delivery Support".
This is a service that extends coverage for all kinds
of problems, including breakdown, theft, and loss.

to the au/UQ mobile website.

You can apply for membership only at the time
of purchasing your au/UQ mobile device.
◎
Once you cancel the membership, you cannot
reapply for it until you purchase an au/UQ
mobile device next time.
◎
Note that when changing the model or
purchasing an extra device, this service only
covers the most recently purchased au/UQ
mobile devices.
◎
When an au/UQ mobile device is handed
over to you or someone else, the "Repair and
Delivery Support" membership is also handed
over to the successor of the device.
◎
When you get a new au/UQ mobile device by
changing the model or purchasing an extra
device, the "Repair and Delivery Support
Center" membership for the old au/UQ mobile
device is automatically canceled.
