When you irst turn on your device, follow
the prompts to set up your Google™
Account and preferences.
Complete the Setup Screens
1. When you turn on your tablet, you’ll see
the Welcome screen. Choose a language,
and then tap Start to begin.
2. Follow the prompts to complete the setup
screens. Tap Skip to skip any items you
don’t wish to conigure.
• Set up a Wi-Fi connection.
• Accept EULA or other agreements.
• Sign in to (or set up) a Google Account.
• Sign in to (or set up) a Samsung account.
• Sign in to (or set up) a Dropbox account.
3. Enter a device name and tap Finish.
Note: You do not need to sign up for a
Google Account to use your phone; however,
to download content from the Google Play™
store app, you must link your tablet to a
Google Account.
Note: Your tablet may automatically
download updates during or after setup,
which may require restarting your tablet.
Follow the prompts to continue.
