Check NORMAL
VOLTAGE at SMPS PCB
: D51
Replace CON3 wire
Check pattern from MCON2
to pin 22 of UIC1
Check for circuit at SMPS
PCB; ICM01, Fuse (F1), D81,
T1, T2
Replace D51.
Check Resistance from GND
to pin 22 of MICOM (UIC1).
If short (0 ohm), Replace
MICOM (UIC1)

HIGH voltage (5V) at
UIC2; pin 13, 43
Replace the VFD DRIVER IC
(ZIC1).
