      Anynet+ may not work for several reasons. Ensure the device is Anynet+ compatible, and only one receiver is connected. Check the power cord, Video/Audio/HDMI cable connections, and that Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) is set to On in the System menu. Also, verify the TV remote is in TV mode and is Anynet+ compatible. Note that Anynet+ may not function during certain operations like channel searching or initial setup. After connecting or disconnecting the HDMI cable, rescan devices or power cycle the TV. Finally, confirm the Anynet+ function on the external device is enabled.
