This may happen when the LVDS cable connecting the Main Board and the Panel is disconnected. -

Lamp(Backlight) on and no video?

Check the RF source
and the connection.

Input the RF source properly.

Change the Main Assy

Check the LVDS cable?
Check the T-Con B’d?
Replace the LCD panel?

Does the digital data appear at
ODD_TXCLK+(D3+),
ODD_TXCLK-(D3-)?

Check IC1102(SETD-10).
Change the main Assy.
