The battery depletes faster than when first purchased

When you expose the device or the battery to very cold or very hot temperatures, the
useful charge may be reduced.
•
The battery is consumable and the useful charge will get shorter over time.
Removing the battery (non-removable type)

These instructions are only for your service provider or an authorised repair agent.
•
Damage or faults caused by the unauthorised removal of the battery are not
covered by the warranty.
•
To remove or replace the battery, contact your service provider or an authorised
repair agent.

Insert a thin, flat tool into the gap between the cover and the device’s body.
Then, use the tool to pry them apart as shown in the image below.
Take care when inserting the tool to avoid damaging the device’s internal
components.

When the cover is separated, put it aside.
