Whenyouconveyacopyofacoveredwork,youmayatyouroptionremoveanyadditionalpermissionsfromthatcopy,or

8. Termination.

copyrightholderfailstonotifyyouoftheviolationbysomereasonablemeanspriorto60daysafterthecessation.
Moreover,yourlicensefromaparticularcopyrightholderisreinstatedpermanentlyifthecopyrightholdernotifiesyouofthe
violationbysomereasonablemeans,thisisthefirsttimeyouhavereceivednoticeofviolationofthisLicense(foranywork)
fromthatcopyrightholder,andyoucuretheviolationpriorto30daysafteryourreceiptofthenotice.
Terminationofyourrightsunderthissectiondoesnotterminatethelicensesofpartieswhohavereceivedcopiesorrightsfrom
youunderthisLicense.Ifyourrightshavebeenterminatedandnotpermanentlyreinstated,youdonotqualifytoreceivenew
licensesforthesamematerialundersection10.
9. AcceptanceNotRequiredforHavingCopies.
YouarenotrequiredtoacceptthisLicenseinordertoreceiveorrunacopyoftheProgram.Ancillarypropagationofacovered
workoccurringsolelyasaconsequenceofusingpeer-to-peertransmissiontoreceiveacopylikewisedoesnotrequire
acceptance.However,nothingotherthanthisLicensegrantsyoupermissiontopropagateormodifyanycoveredwork.These
actionsinfringecopyrightifyoudonotacceptthisLicense.Therefore,bymodifyingorpropagatingacoveredwork,you

10.AutomaticLicensingofDownstreamRecipients.

youmaynotimposealicensefee,royalty,orotherchargeforexerciseofrightsgrantedunderthisLicense,andyoumaynot
initiatelitigation(includingacross-claimorcounterclaiminalawsuit)allegingthatanypatentclaimisinfringedbymaking,
using,selling,offeringforsale,orimportingtheProgramoranyportionofit.
11.Patents.
A"contributor"isacopyrightholderwhoauthorizesuseunderthisLicenseoftheProgramoraworkonwhichtheProgramis
based.Theworkthuslicensediscalledthecontributor's"contributorversion".
Acontributor's"essentialpatentclaims"areallpatentclaimsownedorcontrolledbythecontributor,whetheralreadyacquired
orhereafteracquired,thatwouldbeinfringedbysomemanner,permittedbythisLicense,ofmaking,using,orsellingits
contributorversion,butdonotincludeclaimsthatwouldbeinfringedonlyasaconsequenceoffurthermodificationofthe
contributorversion.Forpurposesofthisdefinition,"control"includestherighttograntpatentsublicensesinamanner
consistentwiththerequirementsofthisLicense.
