Internet Access is not Available
When the TV has difculties connecting to the Internet, these steps may help resolve the problem.
When the TV can't connect to the Internet
The color and design of the TV and its accessories (including the remote control) and the features may differ depending on
the model or geographical area.
On the remote control, press the button and move to Settings using the directional button.
Select Settings General Network Network Status to check the network status.
