The Remote Control does not Work
When the remote control does not work, check whether its batteries are discharged or overused, or the Samsung
Smart Remote is paired with the TV.
When the remote control does not work
The TV's colour, design, accessories (including the remote control) and features may differ depending on the model or
geographical area.
Verify that the infrared remote control signal is being transmitted and received.
Make sure the remote control sensor on the TV is blinking.
