2. Go to the settings icon, find the "Auto Brightness" option, and then turn it "Off.
Step 2: Turn the "Ambient Off Timer" option "Off".
1. Locate "Ambient Off Timer” below the "Auto Brightness” option.
2. Turn it "Off".
Step 3: Turn the "Ambient Auto On/Off" option "Off"
If the customer set the TV to Ambient Mode and connected the TV to a smart phone via the SmartThings app,
then the "Ambient Auto On/Off" option is available. This option allows the TV to detect the presence of the smart
phone and will turn the TV off when the phone is not present. Follow the instructions below to turn off Ambient
On/Off.
1. Open the SmartThings App, and then go to Device → Select the TV.
