This section of the service manual describes the disassembly and reassembly procedures for the LED TV.
CAUTION
Disconnect the LED TV from the power source before disassembly.1.
Follow these directions carefully.2.
Use the Samsung Open Jig and Cushion to remove the Rear Cover. -
Open Jig Tool, Protection Cushion (curved models Only)•
Recommended Torque for Cabinet/Stand screws : 10 ~ 12kgf -
A strength of Torque can be changed depending on the situation.•

Carefully position the TV so that the screen is
facing downwards.
Make sure to place the TV upon a soft •
cushion or any material that will prevent
damage to the screen.

Pull out the right and left side ASSY STAND
P-BRACKET BOTTOM.
