Why is my Samsung Refrigerator not cooling?

If your Samsung Refrigerator isn't cooling sufficiently, there might be a few reasons. First, ensure the power plug is properly connected. Check the temperature control on the display panel and set it to a lower temperature if needed. Make sure the refrigerator isn't in direct sunlight or too close to a heat source. Also, ensure the back of the refrigerator has enough space for air to circulate. Finally, verify that the cooling off function is disabled (refer to page 20 to cancel the cooling off function).
