Why is the connected device not displayed on my Samsung SBB-SNOWJAU when using Anynet+?

If your connected device is not displayed when using Anynet+ on your Samsung Server, ensure the following: * The device supports Anynet+ functions. * The HDMI cable is properly connected. * Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) is set to On in the System menu. * Try searching for Anynet+ devices again. * The device is connected via an HDMI cable, as Anynet+ requires this connection. * The HDMI cable supports Anynet+ functions. * If there was a power failure or the HDMI cable was disconnected, repeat the device scan.
