Menu functions
Group
(Menu 2.4)
Use this menu to organise your contacts in caller
groups.
Adding members to a caller group
1. Select a group.
2. Press <
Add
>.
3. Press [ ] to select the contacts you want.
4. Press <
Add
>.
Managing caller groups
From the group list, press <
Options
> to access the
following options:
•
View
: display the members of the selected group.
•
Add
: add a new group.
•
Edit
: change the properties of the selected group.
•
Send message
: send an SMS, MMS, or e-mail to
the members you want.
•
Delete
: delete the selected group. Group
members, however, will not be deleted from
Phonebook.
Speed dial
(Menu 2.5)
Use this menu to assign speed dial numbers (2 to 9)
for 8 of your most frequently dialled numbers.
Assigning speed dial numbers
1. Scroll to a key location from
2
to
9
. Key
1
is
reserved for your voicemail server.
2. Press <
Options
> and select
Add
→
Contact
or
FDN contact
.
3. Select a contact from the list.
4. Select a number, if the contact has more than one
number.
Managing speed dial entries
From the Speed dial screen, press <
Options
> to
access the following options:
•
Add
: assign a number to an unassigned key. You
can select a contact from Phonebook or the FDN
list.
•
View
: check the name and number assigned to
the key.
