X On the Apps screen of the smartphone, tap

: Do not automatically update apps.

Via Wi-Fi only
: Only update apps when connected to a Wi-Fi network.

Whenever available
: Update anytime. Data charges may apply.
App update notifications
Receive notifications about available updates for the apps you have downloaded.
