Use AI features to help you use your device.
On the Settings screen, tap

Advanced intelligence

Phone
: Get real-time translation during voice calls.
•
Samsung Keyboard
: Change the writing style, get spelling and grammar
suggestions, and translate messages in selected chat and text messages apps.
•
Interpreter
: Live translate spoken conversations and output it into speech or text.
•
Samsung Notes
: Improve notes through automatic formatting, summarising,
correcting, and also automatically generating covers for them.
•
Voice Recorder
: Transform recordings into text transcripts and summaries so you
can review or translate them.
•
Samsung Internet
: Get simple summaries of webpage text along with full
translations.
•
Photo Editor
: Edit images by moving, removing, or resizing people or objects in them
and then generate a new background to fill in any missing pieces.
Motions and gestures
Turn on the motion feature and configure settings.
On the Settings screen, tap
Advanced features
→

Lift to wake
: Set the device to turn on the screen when you pick it up.
•
Double tap to turn on screen
: Set the device to turn on the screen by double tapping
anywhere on the screen while the screen is turned off.
•
Double tap to turn off screen
: Set the device to turn off the screen by double
tapping an empty area on the Home screen or the locked screen.
•
Alert when phone picked up
: Set the device to alert you if you have missed calls or
new messages when you pick up the device.
This feature may not work if the screen is turned on or the device is not on a
flat surface.
•
Mute with gestures
: Set the device to mute certain sounds by using motions or
gestures.
