This may happen when the LVDS cable connecting the Main Board and the Panel is disconnected. -

Does the DC B33V_TU_PW, B5V_TU_PW
appear at TP-VT, B+_5V pin of Tuner?
Does the digital data appear at
TP-260_TXCLK+, 260_TXCLK- ?
