01 What's in the Box?
Make sure the following items are included with your TV. If any items are missing, contact your dealer.

• User Manual

• Open the box and check for any accessory items hidden behind or inside the packing materials.
An administration fee may be charged in the following situations:
(a) An engineer is called out at your request, but there will be no defect with the product (i.e., where the user
manual has not been read).
