5) How to run a Hardware Self Diagnosis
You can see the results of Hardware self
diagnosis tests through the Self Test (for HW)
menu. This Menu is only available for 2013 and
later TVs.
- Go to Factory Menu > SVC > Self Test (for HW)
Select the hardware item you believe is defective.
The TV displays the test results.
