Carefully position the TV so that the screen
is facing downwards. Make sure to place
the TV upon a soft cushion or any material
that will prevent damage to the screen.

Remove the screws connecting the stand
to the TV. Then carefully remove the stand.

Remove the screws for the 'Rear Cover'.
Then carefully remove the 'Rear Cover'.
