- Cleaning:
- Exterior: Use a soft cloth with detergent, bleach, or other spills. Clean the control panel with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive powders or cleaning pads.
- Eco tub clean: Regularly run this cycle to clean the tub and remove bacteria. It is recommended every 1-2 months or when the ECO TUB CLEAN indicator turns on. Do not use detergent during this cycle.
- Filter: Press down the upper area of the filter case to remove, then unlock the cover and clean the filter with running water and a brush.
- Mesh filter: Use pliers to pull out the mesh filter from inside the water inlet. Clean with a soft brush and reinsert, ensuring it's tightened against water leaks.
- Detergent drawer: Pull out the drawer, remove the Bubble Kit (A) from the compartments, rinse the Bubble Kit (A) and the drawer in warm water, and clean with a soft brush. Clean the drawer opening thoroughly with a small, non-metallic brush. Return the Bubble Kit (A) to the detergent compartment, replace the drawer by placing the drawer rail (A) on the compartment rail (B) while tilting the drawer downward, then fully push the drawer back to close.
- Troubleshooting: The manual provides a comprehensive list of problems and their corresponding actions, such as "Does not turn on," "Vibrates excessively or makes noise," "Fills with the wrong temperature water," "Door (Lid) locked or will not open," "Does not drain and/or spin," "Load is wet at the end of the cycle," "Leaks water," "Excessive suds," "The spin basket or drain/supply hose is frozen," "Water drains out immediately," "Stains on clothes," and "Has odours."
- Information codes: The manual lists various information codes (e.g., 1C, 3C, 4C, 4C2, 5C, 8C, 9C1, 9C2, AC6, dC, dC1, HC, LC, OC, PC, PC1, Ub) that may appear on the display, along with their meanings and recommended actions. For example, "1C" indicates the Water Level sensor is not working properly, and "Ub" indicates spinning does not work due to an unbalanced load.
