The Tech is expected to meet higher standards
What advice would you give to a technician who
questions the customer’s intelligence by saying
something like:
“We’ve had nothing but trouble with this model.”
“I see this problem all the time.”
“Why did you buy this Brand Samsung product?
Brand Z is much better.”
“You should have purchased a simpler machine.
This one has too many bells and whistles and
doesn’t clean/dry/cook/cool any better than a
cheaper one.”
