GENERALITIES
Thank you for placing your confidence in us by purchasing this regulator. It has been manufactured
in accordance with current technical safety rules and conform to CE standards. Please read this
instruction booklet carefully, as it contains important instructions for your safety during the insta-
llation, use and maintenance of this product. Keep it for a possible future reference. Please check
the perfect condition of the device when unpacking it, since any original defect is covered by the
S&P guarantee.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• It is recommended that the installation be carried out by specialized personnel.
• It is recommended to always install a suitable motor protection device and follow local rules.
• Check that the number, size and the speed of the fans can be safely controlled by this controller.
• The controller is designed for continuous operation with the maximum rated current intensity
load. Ensure that the total intensity of the installation does not exceed the maximum intensity
allowed.
• Make sure that the starting current peaks of the motor (s) do not exceed the maximum allowed.
• If the fuse is replaced, it must be of the same type and value.
• Before carrying out any type of manipulation or maintenance, make sure that the regulator and
the motor (s) are disconnected from the electrical network.
• It is essential to connect the earth line to the regulator.
• S&P is not responsible for damage caused by faulty installation of the regulator.
