ELECTROSTATICALLY SENSITIVE DEVICES
Many solid-state devices (especially Integrated
Circuits) are Electrostatically Sensitive, and, therefore,
require special handling techniques as described
under “Servicing Electrostatically Sensitive Devices,”
on page two in this service literature.
LCD PANEL REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the lead wires from LCD panel, speakers and
control board.
2. Remove 14 screws (A:4x14, 12 pcs.; B:4x8, 8 pcs.) to take
the mounting frames with chassis plate, power unit and
main board off.
3. Lift up the LCD panel from front cabinet.
